Part 4 - Steps to Submit Form E to LHDN (Employer)
Form E (Borang E) is a form required to be filled and submitted to Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IBRM) or Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) by an employer.
Essentially, it's a form of declaration report to inform the IRB (LHDN) on the number of employees and the list of employee’s income details and must be submitted by 31st March of each calendar year.
Before submitting Form E to LHDN, you will need to prepare Form E to print for e-Filing. To help you along, you can refer to the steps in this guide.
Remember that once you submitted E-CP8D, you need to submit Form E. You can follow these steps:

Once you have downloaded the PDF format for Form E, you will need log in to MyTax portal to submit Form E.
Once logged in, head to ezHasil Services > e-Filing
Under e-Form tab, head to Non-Individual > e-E section and select the correct Year of Assessment.
Thereafter, do complete the following details:
Before submitting, you will need to sign off the Declaration form.
