  • employee may be covered by the Employment Act

  • employer and employee are subject to Key Employment Terms (KETs)

Contract for service - agreement between contractor and client
โ€‹

  • contractor works independently or is self-employed

  • contractor is not covered by the Employment Act

  • contractor does not receive any statutory benefit
