Recently, we've just introduced two-factor authentication or commonly known as 2FA, as a more secure method to protect your Talenox account. We have opted for the most popular authenticator apps in the market now: Google Authenticator (iOS and Android) and Authy (iOS and Android). Before setting up 2FA in Talenox, we would advise you to download either authenticator apps beforehand.

Here's how you can set it up:

1. Head to Username > Account Settings

2. In the Account Settings page, you can enable "Status" or "SMS Only" or both for Authy. Thereafter, it will prompt a pop-up for you to enter the code that was sent to your mobile phone.

3. Alternatively, you can choose Google Authenticator.

Once "Status" is enabled, a QR code will appear in a separate browser tab that requires you to scan. If the QR code doesn't appear automatically, please click on the "Show QR Code" link instead.

Note: Once you have already set up 2FA, you don't require a password to log in to Talenox.
