UOB Integration with Talenox. Submit Bank file to UOB on Talenox. Pay directly on Talenox with UOB.

Talenox now offers direct salary payment feed with United Overseas Bank(UOB) Infinity! To do so, you need to sign up and register a UOB Infinity Account. Do fill up this form first for registration.

To use this new feature, you will need to configure the essential settings in Talenox. This guide will walk you through how to update the bank details in the Profiles module.

Step 1: Head over to Profiles > Company Details and click the Edit button.

Step 2 : Under Bank Details, select UOB as your bank and UOB Infinity as your Bank File Version.

Step 3 : Key in the bank account number that you have registered with UOB Infinity. Do ensure to click the Save button to save the bank details that you have just keyed in.

Step 4 : you will need to process payroll for the particular month. You can refer to this article if you want to learn how to process payroll for a whole month.

Step 5 : Once you are done with processing payroll for a month, you can click the “Export Bank Payments/CPF/Reports” under Month Total.

Step 6: At this page, you can take a look at the “Payments Owed” to employees.

Step 7: Thereafter, you can click Select payment method > Bank Transfer

Step 8: Click on GIRO option to proceed.

NOTE: The cut-off date for GIRO Payment for UOB Infinity is ONE (1) business day before Value Date and it should be between Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holiday. The cut-off time is at 6.00pm.

Step 9: You can select the Value Date and click the Export Bank file to process the salary payment.

Step 10: You will see the amount that you have exported to UOB on “Payments Paid” and you can click “View” to take a look at the upload status.

Once it has been uploaded, it will require UOB’s verification as well as the approval on your mobile device.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not remove or modify any individual transactions within UOB Infinity portal as doing so will lead to discrepancies.

You can only approve on your mobile device if you have activated the digital token (Infinity Secure) and have enabled the push notification on your mobile device.

  1. Once UOB sends a push notification to you (as the approver) via “Notify Approver” function, you will receive a push notification on your device (Infinity Secure). Tap on the push notification.

  2. The UOB Infinity app will be launched and you will see the UOB Infinity login screen. Kindly proceed to login.

  3. After a successful login authentication, you will see the details of the transaction submitted by the maker. Click “Submit”.

  • Provide your Infinity Secure PIN.

  • Click the “Next” button to complete transaction approval.

Once the transaction is approved, you will see the transaction reflected as “Processed” under “Payments Processed”.

Well done, you have now completed your direct payment on Talenox with UOB Infinity! No more download and uploading of bank file 🥳
