In most cases, when you are trying to generate tax forms but not seeing the amount correctly, or unable to select employees (because they have no payroll record in that previous Year of Assessment), you can check whether you’ve generated in the correct Year of Assessment first.
How do I change and view the correct Year of Assessment in my Tax forms?
1) Head over to your tax form and view the top of your page to find: View a different YA (Year of Assessment), and Click on the Year:
