In Talenox, employees' salaries are auto-prorated according to the following requirements:
Setting up working days and hours per week
Setting up the correct Job Start Date and Job End Date
Setting up the correct salary increment

In the event that you need to recalculate the proration (presumably a different type of proration calculation that your company practices), you can edit the proration of the employee by clicking on "Edit proration" under the Monthly Payment/Deductions tab shown here:
