There are several Commission pay item that you can choose from in Payroll. But which correct pay item should you choose for Ordinary Wage (OW) and Additional Wage (AW) classification? 🤔

Here's how:

  • Monthly Payment/Deduction tab - Commission (Daily/Weekly/Monthly): monthly commission. Classified as Ordinary Wage (OW)

  • Ad Hoc Payments/Deduction tab - Commission (Irregular): classified as Additional Wage (AW)

  • Monthly Payment/Deduction tab - Commission (AW): monthly commission for previous month's sales / services rendered. Classified as Additional Wage (AW)
