Borang CP22 is a government form that is issued by LHDN, essentially it is a Notification of New Employee form.
As an employer, you will need to notify the nearest LHDN branch within ONE(1) month (30 days) of the new employee’s commencement date. If you fail to do so, very likely that your company will be prosecuted and is liable to a fine of minimum RM200 but not more than RM2,000 or imprisonment for a maximum of 6 months.

How to generate Borang CP22 in Talenox?
To do this, you can head to Payroll > Payroll Settings > CP22 and click on the "Generate CP22" button (blue color).
