In the Employee Profile, field and sections like Identification Documents and Employment Details are in a fixed format.
If you'd like to update your employee's education or training records, you can now set it up under Custom Fields in each employee profile.

If you'd like your employees to update the fields on their own in "My Profile", you can check the "Employee can update custom fields" box to enable the editing function.
