If you need to add any internal company holidays for your employees in Talenox, you can do so in a few simple steps:
Head to Profiles > Manage my databse > Company Details > Upcoming Holidays and click on "Show more and manage"
Click on "Add Custom Holiday" button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
Fill in the different details for this Custom Holiday (Holiday Name, Holiday Duration).
Click on "Save" to save this custom company holiday into the system for your account.
We've given you the option of flexibility by allowing you to set a Custom Holiday duration to range from half days to multiple days. 👍
When you add in a Custom Holiday, your employees will not be able to take leave on the date(s) indicated since it’s considered a fully paid holiday, based on what the company has mandated. 🙂
Take note that when adding a Custom Holiday:
All custom holidays will not appear as a coloured leave date on the Leave Calendar.
Only Statutory Holidays will be shown in colours.
Custom holidays when added would be applicable to all employees and not specific employees.
