First, make sure you have processed payments for the relevant employees you wished to make MPF contributions for.

Head to the Month Total > Export Bank Payments / MPF and you should see eMPF in the dropdown list.

If you are not seeing this, it's because you have yet to set up your eMPF under Company Details. You can follow the guide here:

Just like when making normal MPF contribution, select the MPF contribution date for the month and then click Confirm:

Choose “CSV” for the eMPF Submission Type and then click Generate Submission. to download the CSV file format that you will be using for the submission.
