How to generate YTD payroll report?
If you are wondering how to download YTD or yearly payroll reports from Talenox, there are 2 ways you can do this:
1) Downloading YTD report from Month Total.
For Singapore Users:
Head over to Payroll > Month Total > Export Bank Payments / CPF / Reports > Payroll YTD (.xlsx)
For Hong Kong Users:
Head over to Payroll > Month Total > Export Bank Payments / MPF > Payroll YTD (.xlsx)
For Malaysia Users:
Head over to Payroll > Month Total > Export Bank Payments / EPF / PCB (MTD) > Payroll YTD (.xlsx)
2) Downloading Employee Payroll Report under Payroll Report (SUITE/Payroll Plans Only)
Head over to Payroll > Payroll Report > Payroll Employee Report
You can set the month-to-month range before clicking Generate Report.
How to Download a Full Year Report for Hong Kong?
If you want to download a full year report, you can download Payroll YTD (.xlsx) report under Month Total.
It's a single excel file for all employees with accumulated payments from April 2023 - March 2024
However, the payments are accumulated, we currently don't support non-cumulated payments in this specific report.
The workaround is to adjust it in Excel and create a new sheet by subtracting previous month amount to get the current month (Eg. to get August 2024 amount, it will be August 2024 - July 2024). 😄
