Using Importing Sheets in Talenox to Create Employee Profiles in Bulk

To learn how to add employees and open up our employee data importing sheets for mass importing of employee profiles into Talenox, you can refer to our guide on How to Add Employees?

Simply head to Profiles > Manage my database > Employee Listing > Import > Import Employees and select the type of importing sheet you'd like to use (e.g. Excel/Google Sheet):

Employee Importing Sheet Formats

Talenox currently has 2 types of importing sheet formats that you can utilise to mass create employee profiles:

  • Excel - most frequently used due to ease of transfer of data; most users have their employee data keyed into existing excel sheets

  • Google Sheets - most accurate for importing

You can select the format that you are most comfortable with using for the importing process. The fields in each type of importing sheet are exactly the same.

Employee Importing Fields

In the importing sheet, there are some fields which have a dropdown list of options to select from:

These fields have a specific template of formatting that it follows. Please always utilise our dropdown list options to fill in each field for employees.

Each column is sensitive to the following inputs (when done manually):

  • Capitalisation (Capital letter placements)

  • Spacings between and after letters

  • Date formatting (Must be in the format of DD/MM/YYYY)
