How to Access Your Account Settings in Talenox?

How to view your Account’s Settings. For Super Admins: how to access your billing dashboard.

The following are some of the questions that we often encounter:

  1. Where do I access my account setting?

  2. As a Super Admin, how do I access my Billing Dashboard? I would like to edit my billing details and download my invoices.

Accessing your Account Settings on Talenox

With the improved navigational panel on Talenox, you might be wondering where to access your Account Settings in the system.

You can follow the steps below to learn how to access and update your account settings in the system:

1) Head over to your Account Name on the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on the drop-down arrow:

2) A drop-down menu will appear to allow you to access your Account Settings:

There are several settings and selections for you to choose from the drop-down list:

  • Account & Preference - changes to your account name, user email, and password can be done on this page (Guide found here).

  • Billing Dashboard - changes/updates to your billing details can be done on this page.

  • Integrations - linking to integrated platforms can be done on this page (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks Online)

  • Help & Tutorial - this drop-down selection will lead you to the Talenox Knowledge Centre

Accessing the Billing Dashboard page for Super Admins in Talenox

As a Super Admin, if you're wondering where to find the Billing Dashboard on our newly designed UI, it's simple!

You can access it by clicking on your account name in the top right corner of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear with all the settings available to you.

Simply head over to your Account Setting > Billing Dashboard

To access the Billing Dashboard page, you'll need to be a Super Admin user.

Once you've confirmed your Super Admin status, you can head over to your Account Setting and click on the Billing Dashboard option.

In case you have colleagues who are Admins but wish to view the Billing Dashboard, they will need to be granted Super Admin access. You can easily assign Billing Administrators by following the guide available here:

Once you are on the Billing Dashboard page, you will be able to view important information such as:

  • Plan Details - View your subscription’s status and billing date.

  • Your Credits - View your current credit balances.

  • Invoices - View and download invoices (past and new)w.

  • Payment Information - Edit your payment information such as your billing details and credit card information
