Has your employee seen this empty dashboard before, after he/she has activated his/her Talenox profile?

This can happened due to the "Hidden" setting for all the default module access for User access (My Profile and Payslip etc.), as Hidden option is a default selection.


Under Employee Profile > User account, there is a 2nd step that you need to complete as well; to enable module access:

Once the above setting is completed, do save it and your employee's dashboard will be updated according (as shown below):
