If you have hired a freelancer or a contractor in your company, you can easily set up his/her details in the Profiles module.

For a freelancer/contractor, they do not need to contribute to statutory payments like EPF, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF.

Therefore in the employee profile, you can select the "Contract (No EPF)" option under Employee Profile > Identification Documents > Immigration Status.

Thereafter in Payroll, all the statutory boxes will be auto-unchecked so those statutory calculations will be excluded.
