Previously after submitting your employees' IR8A forms to IRAS, the "Download IR8A forms" button will be greyed out, thus preventing Admins from downloading the forms in bulk.

Good news! A new feature has been enabled. 😁

If you have already submitted IR8A forms to IRAS, you can head into your IR8A page and check the box of the employee's form that you want to download for. Thereafter, the "Download IR8A forms" button will be clickable.
