If you have hired a freelancer or a contractor in your company, you can easily set up his/her details in the Profiles module.

For a freelancer / contractor, he/she do not need to contribute to statutory payments like CPF, Self-Help Group (SHG) and Skills Development Levy (SDL).

Therefore in the employee profile, you can select "Contract (No CPF, No SDL)" option under Employee Profile > Identification Documents > Immigration Status.
