If your employee is a new hire and entitled to 6 days of childcare leave per year, your employee's childcare leave can be pro-rated according to how long he/she has worked, subject to a minimum of 2 days.

The leave is already pre-set in Talenox (based on MOM guidelines):

If your employee has worked for the company for at least 3 months before leaving, his/her childcare leave will be pro-rated based on the completed months of service in the year of his/her resignation or termination.  😁
