If you have decided to remove the Sample Employee profile, these are the steps:

1. Head to Leave > Leave Settings > Leave Approval Structure > 1st Level Approver and proceed to replace Sample Employee with another employee name.

2. Head to Profiles > Employee Listing > Sample Employee > Edit and click on the Delete button.
