For your employees to be eligible for Marriage Leave, follow the steps below:
Step 1: The marriage date of the employee under Next-of-kin and Spouse's profile have to be updated. Do refer to the sample screenshot below:
Once the above step is done, your employee will be able to apply for Marriage Leave.
In the event that you allow your employee to apply for Marriage Leave before the Marriage Date, do remember to edit the following details under Marriage Leave Type page:
Do note that there is no statutory entitlement for Marriage Leave. Such leave entitlement will depend on your employment contract or on mutual agreement between you and your employer.
