You may invite users to Talenox at anytime; either upon creating their profile, or once you've completed the full setup.
Here's how you can do it:
1. Create an employee Profile in-app,
Head over to Profiles > Manage My Database > Employee Listing and click on "Add Employee".
Key in the user email then hit 'Create and send invite'.
An activation email will immediately be sent. Feel free to resend an activation email from our login page. Users who have forgotten their account password may reset their password here.
Don't worry if you've entered an incorrect email address, here's how to change/update a user's email address.

2. Or import employees via a spreadsheet,
(Profiles > Employee Listing > Import Employees into Talenox)
then select 'Yes' to invite each user with an email address entered.

The above steps are needed to enable your employees to access their own accounts to view payslips and to apply for leaves.
