Good news! 😁

Welcome to the Claims module, the latest feature in Talenox designed to make managing expenses easier for everyone.

With Claims, employees can now upload their receipts directly from their desktop and submit their expense claims via Talenox. This makes it super easy for everyone to keep track of their expenses.

HR / Admins will love the ability to track and manage expense claims for both individuals and teams, ensuring that everything is in order and processed on time.

Plus, the Claims module integrates seamlessly with Talenox Payroll, syncing claims for smooth processing. If you’re using Xero for accounting, you’ll be pleased to know that you can push claims from Payroll straight to Xero.

And yes, all these claims will be clearly reflected on employees’ payslips, keeping everyone in the loop.

How to use the Claims module?

There are 2 ways that you can access the Claims module:

1. Via the menu bar

2. Via the dashboard icon


Definitions of each category in the Claims module

For Super Admin/Admin:

  • Team Receipts - View, upload, and manage receipts on behalf of your employees.
    You are able to select employee name to view their receipts

  • Admin Expenses - Manage your team's expense claims i.e. pending, rejected, approved, confirmed or processed status

  • Expense Policies - Easy tracking of expense policies that you have created

For Employees (User):

  • My Receipts - Employees can add new and track existing receipts in this section

  • My Expenses - Employees can add a new expense to submit the claims

Please note that you will only see these two categories at the same time if you are an Admin with an active employee profile and have been granted access to both Claims (Admin) and Claims (User)
