Below, you'll find responses to frequently asked questions that we often encounter.

  1. Is there a way to export a report of all user access rights for documentation or audit purposes?

  2. Can I check how do I view who is Super Admins for the company account?

  3. Are there any best practices for managing and regularly reviewing access rights?

As a Super Admin, there are times when you may need to review the access rights for all users across all the companies you oversee.

This can also be valuable if you're a Partner and want to check the user rights for your teammates.

You can accomplish this by following these steps:

1) Head over to your company name on the top right and click the company name:

2) Click on Add/Manage Companies

3) You will be brought to the Organisations page. As a Super Admin, you can click View Users and it will list down all employee’s user’s access rights.

NOTE: You can also view Hidden Super Admin’s accounts from here. You can refer to this guide from our article How to Delete Hidden Admin/Non-Employees as well.

4) Once clicking View Users, you can view their User name, Access Rights, Email address. To Edit their user access rights, you can click Edit Access and make changes from there.

5) Once changes are made, don’t forget to click the Save button on the top right corner:

Hope this helps you get started 😊
