Part 2 - How to Sync Employees Details from BambooHR into Talenox?

Head into the âEmployee Listingâ page in Talenox and click on âImportâ > âImport from BambooHRâ option that appears:
Youâll have 2 options to choose from for pushing of employee data from BambooHR into Talenox (Import Type):
âSync with BambooHRâ â based on the existing fields created in BambooHR for the employee
âFetch from a BambooHR Reportâ (recommended) â based on a Custom Report created within BambooHR itself
NOTE: Each Import Type is based on what youâd prefer to utilise in the system:
âSync with BambooHRâ - The data pulled from BambooHR via this method is limited to fields that are compatible to Talenox
âFetch from a BambooHR Reportâ- User must generate a report with the relevant employees and their details in their BambooHR account first. Once generated, they can key in the reportâs ID into the input box to begin importing Employeesâ details within the generated report into Talenox.
Generate a custom report in BambooHR by heading to Reports > Custom Reports > New Report. Select the fields that youâd like to include in for the import to Talenox.
This method allows for more flexibility and also to ensure that there are not too many
redundant Custom Fields created in Talenox in each employeeâs profile.
NOTE:
Data from non-compatible fields imported from BambooHR will be stored under âCustom Fieldsâ section of the Employeeâs profile.
Importing âEmergency Contactsâ from BambooHR into Talenox (a.k.a. Next-Of-Kin) via this method is not supported and may result in an error.
Click on âImportâ.
