If you have not applied for AIS, here are the steps for you to manually submit your IR8A forms:

  1. After checking all the IR8A forms, you can choose to "Download all IR8A forms" as physical copies instead.

  2. Thereafter, physically sign on the forms and pass** them to your employees by 1 March so that they can report their own income over at myTaxPortal. πŸ˜€

**NOTE:

  • Do refer to IRAS website for more details under the "Employers not under Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) for Employment Income" section.

  • For Employee Names showing in tax forms, please note that there is an order that Talenox follows for naming based on the employee's profile set-up. You can refer to this guide here to understand more: How to Set-Up Employee Name Order in Statutory Files and Tax Forms? (Singapore)

=====

Kindly note that you're encouraged by IRAS to register for Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) so you're able to submit IR8A forms directly via Talenox.

AIS registration is now available year-round. Registration is currently open for Year of Assessment (YA) 2026.

If you register between 1 Jan 2026 and 1 Mar 2026, you may choose to register for either YA 2026 or YA 2027. Employers may register for AIS once they have started hiring.
