In Talenox, the only way to publish your payslips without sending out notification emails to your employees is by publishing backdated payslips.
Using the backdated payslips method would involve selecting a date that has already past as the publishing date in the system.
Here are the steps that you can follow to do so:
Head to Payroll > Payroll settings > Month Total > Publish Payslips
Select a backdated Payslip Pay Date in the system
Click on 'Don't send email notification of published payslip to employees. Only republish payslips' option
Then click on 'Republish payslips'
