If you need to generate a CSV file with different MPF Employer No, eMPF Scheme or eMPF Payroll Group ID for a group of employees, you can do so by specifying the details and relevant employees under a Cost Centre.
Head to Company Details under Profiles and go to the Cost Centres section.
Create a new Cost Centre or select an existing one with the employees you wish to categorize under the different eMPF details.
Check Enable custom MPF Details.
This should show 4 new fields, you need to fill in or modify these fields with the MPF data specific to the employees in the cost centre.
Click Save when you are done.
If you receive an error, it is likely you tried to assign an employee belonging to another custom MPF enabled cost centre to the current one. Remove the employee from the other cost centre and this should fix the issue.
Generating CSV for Submission
Follow the usual steps to generate CSV file for eMPF as guided here. When selecting your eMPF submission type, you should notice a new checkbox below the dropdown.
Checking the box will display a new dropdown containing all the custom MPF enabled cost centres you have. Select one you wish to generate contributions for.
Confirm that you have selected the right cost centre and click βGenerate Submissionβ and your file should be downloaded shortly.
