Managing through the Billing Dashboard provides you with full control over your subscription and payments. Here's how you can handle these processes:

Accessing the Billing Dashboard

To manage your billing details:

  1. Log in to Talenox: Ensure you're logged in with Super Admin privileges.

  2. Navigate to the Billing Dashboard: Click on the credit card icon next to your profile name.

  3. Explore Billing Options: Within the dashboard, you can:

    • View current subscription plans.

    • Monitor active headcount and usage.

    • Access and download invoices and receipts.

    • Update payment methods and billing information.

Managing Credit Top-Ups

Talenox offers both Monthly and Annual billing options.

Monthly Plan:

  • Billed based on active headcount each month.

  • Base fee: RM40 for the first 5 employees.

  • Additional charges: depending on full-time and part-time employees, charges varies.

  • No charges for resigned employees.

Annual Plan:

  • The same as Monthly Plan

  • Pay a lump sum upfront, saving approximately 15%.

  • The payment is converted into Talenox Credits, which deplete monthly based on usage.

  • If credits run low due to increased headcount, the system will automatically

renew the plan to ensure uninterrupted service.

Invoicing and Receipts

Within the Billing Dashboard:

  • Invoice Access: View and download all past and current invoices.

  • Payment Methods: Talenox supports credit and debit card payments. For Manual bank payment, reach out to support.

  • Billing Adjustments: Update billing information and payment methods as needed.

Additional Notes

Headcount Changes:

  • In the Annual Plan, if your employee count increases beyond the estimated number, additional charges may apply. Conversely, if the headcount decreases, unused credits remain in your account for future use
