Before you submit PCB on e-PCB Plus, you will first need to download the txt file on Talenox.

Step 1: Login to https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/ and change to Employer

Step 2: Select e-DATA PCB, select .txt and click "Upload/Check the File"

Step 3: Select the .txt file generated in Talenox at Select File > Click Upload > Refresh

Step 4: You need to scroll to the right , under Action and click the document button "Check Data"

If you see a Fail status, you may need to update the TIN number on the employee's Profile in Talenox.

TIN number example: (2 alphabets characters (SG or OG)) + space + Income Tax Number

(maximum 11 numeric characters) Example: SG 10234567090 or OG 25845632021

For individual ITN, the end number can be either 0 or 1 which indicates the husband or wife

You will see the file is successfully uploaded when you see the result is Pass.

Step 5: Click the Eye under Action to view data and click Confirmation to proceed

Step 6: Click on Payment after you have verified all the details on the payment page.

Step 7 : Select FPX as your Payment method in Payment Information

Step 8: Select Pay with FPX

Step 9: Select Proceed to complete Payment

You will see a Payment Successful page after making the payment and you can download the receipt to keep.
