How to Upgrade/Subscribe to SUITE Plan & Manage your Billing
Subscribe/Activate/Renew your SUITE plan subscription. Monthly and Annual credit card payment. Invoice records. Update billing details.

Our Billing Dashboard consolidates all billing and/or subscription flows into one single page. Here is the breakdown of all functions on our Billing Dashboard:

  1. Accessing the Billing Dashboard

  2. Managing Subscription Plan Details (upgrading to SUITE)

  4. Invoices

Accessing the Billing Dashboard

You can activate your Talenox subscription anytime during your trial period by clicking on Billing Dashboard in the drop-down list (as shown below):

Managing Subscription Plan Details (Upgrading to SUITE plan)

1) Once you are at Billing Dashboard page, click on the See Plans button to view the subscription plan your company is currently on:

2) At the Subscription Plans page, when you have decided to active your subscription, click on the "Stay On This Plan. Upgrade Now" button.

3) Thereafter, you can select the Payment Type i.e. Monthly Recurring or Purchase Credits (Annual Payment).

  • Monthly Recurring payment option will charge based on the current number of headcount in your account and the amount will increase when the headcount increases as well.

  • Purchase Credits (Annual Payment) option will estimate and project an annual subscription amount based on the current number of headcount in your company for 12 months. For example, if your company currently has 5 employees, the system will project an annual subscription fee that will be able to help you pay for your Talenox SUITE subscription 5 employees for the next 12 months.

Did you know that there is an additional 10% FREE credits, on top of your total SUITE subscription cost when you opt for the annual subscription?

4) Do remember to add your credit/debit card information to ensure the subscription process is successful.

Credits Tracking

If you have chosen the Purchase Credits (Annual Payment) option, you will be able to track your credits balance (which will be deducted on a monthly basis) in the Billing Dashboard page:


Invoices

Upon payment completion, the SUITE subscription will begin immediately, even if you are still currently on the 30-day free trial period. This means that your account will be auto-converted into the SUITE version.

Thereafter, you can view invoices in the Billing Dashboard page and proceed to download them from Talenox. Fret not, we will also send over your invoices to you via email each billing cycle 👍

Payment Information

If you wish to edit your payment information or change your credit card details, you can head to Payment Information > Go to Payment Information:
