You can set working hours per week and working days per week for everyone in the company and for the individual employee. Do note that this will affect the proration of salary for your employees.
To set for everyone / groups in the company:
- Head over to Profiles > Company details.
- You can update the default Working Days Setting and Working Hours Setting in the respective sections at the bottom of the page.
- Remember to "Save" after updating.
- To add a new setting, you can click on "Add new working day" or/and "Add new working hour" and choose the employees assigned to this setting. For the new working day settings, the boxes on Monday to Sunday can be ticked so that you can customise the employee's fixed weekly schedule.
