How to update MOM OED via Talenox?
May I know if Talenox supports the Occupational Employment Dataset (OED) survey?
Is there an integration between Talenox and MOM for OED?
Great news! You can now submit your company’s Occupational Employment Data (OED) via Talenox.
What is OED?
The Occupational Employment Dataset (OED) is an online registry that collects the occupational and employment data of current workers in Singapore. All registered businesses are required to provide the latest occupational and employment details of all employees (Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Foreigners) under their payroll to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
What access rights do I need to have to see OED Submission on Talenox?
You will need to have "Manage" access in order to see the OED submission on Talenox as OED includes salary data.
How do I submit my company’s OED on Talenox?
Step 1: First, head to Profiles and click OED Submission
Step 2: Then, click Generate. We will fetch the relevant information from the Employee’s Profile over to the Google Sheet that will be generated for OED Submission.
Step 3: Once generated, please click “View” button to view the Google Sheet.
Before you start filling in the form, here are a couple of things to take note of:
Some columns have notes, denoted by the black triangle on the cell. You can hover over them for more information.
Data entry should start at row 5
For columns currently not captured in Talenox, they will be copied over for next submission.
Step 4: Once the information is being filled, you can click Validate the data before clicking Submit. Once the button is clicked, it will be submitting to MOM through their API.
NOTE: You will need to be assigned the e-Services in CorpPass prior to the submission. You can head over to https://www.corppass.gov.sg/portal , search for “MOM” and choose - Labour Statistics Survey Portal + myMOM Portal
