By default in Talenox, employees can only view leave calendars of another fellow employee who belongs in the same Leave Approval Structure (or Department / Division).
Now, Admins can decide which leave calendar view that the employees can see, based on the company's leave policy.
Under Account & Preferences > Organisation > Leave > Leave Calendar View, Admins can choose from the following options:
Option 1: Same Approval Structure (Default)
Definition:
For User (Employee): They can only view calendars of those in the same Approval Structure
For Leave Approvers: Can view calendars of those in the same Approval Structure and the ones under them

Option 2: All Levels
Definition:
Everyone can view the whole company's leave calendars

Option 3: View own calendar
Definition:
For User: Can only view their own calendar
For Leave Approvers: Can view calendars of those in the same Approval Structure and the ones under them
