Steps to Choose Leave Calendar View for Employees

By default in Talenox, employees can only view leave calendars of another fellow employee who belongs in the same Leave Approval Structure (or Department / Division).

Now, Admins can decide which leave calendar view that the employees can see, based on the company's leave policy.


Under Account & Preferences > Organisation > Leave > Leave Calendar View, Admins can choose from the following options:

Option 1: Same Approval Structure (Default)

Definition:

  • For User (Employee): They can only view calendars of those in the same Approval Structure

  • For Leave Approvers: Can view calendars of those in the same Approval Structure and the ones under them

Option 2: All Levels

Definition:

  • Everyone can view the whole company's leave calendars

Option 3: View own calendar

Definition:

  • For User: Can only view their own calendar

  • For Leave Approvers: Can view calendars of those in the same Approval Structure and the ones under them
