Setting up Leave Rounding for your Leaves

The following are some frequently asked questions that we often encounter:

  1. Can you explain the specific steps for configuring rounding settings for each type of leave, including No Pay leave, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave, and Paternity Leave?

  2. What specific steps are involved in configuring the No Pay Leave Rounding Settings in our system?

  3. Can I set the settings to configure rounding preferences for these different types of leave?

Admins do have the option to set the Rounding settings when processing the following leaves under the Select Leave Payments/Deductions page:

  • No Pay Leave

  • Annual Leave

  • Sick Leave

  • Maternity Leave

  • Paternity Leave

Generally, you can choose between:

  • No Rounding

  • Round Down

  • Round Up

To set the rounding, head over to your Payment, and under the Select Leave Payments/Deductions page, there is a button called Edit Leave Rounding Settings in your top right corner:

Here you can set your rounding for these specific leaves:

Don’t forget to click Save once you are done.
