Mass downloading all or specific employee's payslips

  1. I'm trying to download all employee’s payslips at once

  2. Can I download all employee’s payslips without downloading them one by one?

Below, you'll find responses to frequently asked questions that we often encounter.

You should already know how to download payslips individually when you come across these guides:

Payslips can be downloaded individually by Super Admins/Admins from Payroll > Payslips

We currently do have the option to mass-download all employee’s payslips either in the same month or by a range of months.

This can be done by heading to Payroll > Payroll Reports under Employee’s Payslip.

NOTE: This feature is only available under the SUITE plan.

If you are a FREE user, this feature is currently not available, and you may need to download payslips separately.
