Are you attempting to view all the Annual Leaves or other leave types you have created to assign to your Leave Grades?
1) You can head over to Leave > Leave Settings page
2) Under the Filter by Leave Grade > Default Leave Grade drop-down box, click on the box
3) This will allow you to select All Leave Types
