Why is your employee’s User Account not getting the Activation Email?
There are a couple of reasons why you might face difficulties in activating your Talenox account:
The activation email could have ended up in your junk mail folder, so be sure to check there.
The activation link could have already expired. It's important to activate your account within 24 hours of receiving the invitation to ensure a successful activation.
Note: Remember, the activation link is only valid for 24 hours from the time you receive the invitation.
If you miss this timeframe, don't worry! You can request a new activation link, and we'll send it to the email address you provided during registration.
