Keying in Authorised Person Details for Population in Tax Forms

You can follow the steps below to have these fields populated in your employee tax form submission:

1) Select the tax form you’d like to access. Hover over to Payroll on your top navigation menu.

From the dropdown list, you can choose the tax forms you want to generate (eg. Form EA. STD2, Form E, CP58, CP21, CP22, CP22A, and TP3).

You can also head over to Payroll > Payroll Settings

2) On the Tax Form generation page, edit the Employer Information in the tax forms

Head to Step 1 > Verify Employer info for 2023 > Edit Employer Info for 2023 to access the relevant page to make these changes.

3) Scroll down and change the Details for the employers such as Declaration Person's Designation, Name, Contact Number, and other details.

Here you can also set the Number of Employees for the Form E:

4) You can also set the “Submission Dates” for your tax forms (eg. Form EA. STD2, Form E, CP58, CP21, CP22, CP22A, and TP3) on the same page.

The Employer Information page will allow you to change the following details in the tax forms:

  • Company Details

  • Income Tax Number

  • Declaration Person’s Details

  • Number of Employees for Form E Submission

  • Tax form Submission Dates

Hope this helps. 😊
