After making changes / amendments to payroll, you will need to head to Payroll > Payroll settings > IR56x and refresh IR56 (IR56B, IR56F, IR56G, IR56M) forms for your employees in the system.

Depending on how many employees you are trying to refresh forms for, you can choose the following options:

  • Resetting tax forms for all employees (whole company)

  • Resetting tax forms for individual employees

Resetting Tax Forms for All Employees (Whole Company)

If you have made changes / amendments to payroll for multiple employees (>10), you will probably choose to refresh tax forms for all employees at once.

Head to Step 2 of your tax form generation page and click on the "Reset IR56x to start over" button in red:

This will ensure that all existing generated forms will be reset for re-generation once again. The data populated in re-generated forms will be refreshed from current payroll data keyed into the system. 😊

Resetting Tax Forms for Individual Employees (Whole Company)

If you have made changes / amendments to payroll for only a few employees, you will probably choose to refresh tax forms for singular employees at a time.

You can choose to update an individual employee’s tax form by heading to Step 2 of your tax form generation page and clicking on the "Refresh" icon under the "View or Reset" column for an individual employee’s existing generated form:

The data populated in the “Refreshed” tax form will be updated automatically for your employee. 👍🏻

You can easily refresh individually generated tax forms without having to re-generate every employee’s tax form in Talenox through this method. 🙂
