There are several Commission pay item that you can choose from in Payroll. But which correct pay item should you choose for Ordinary Wage (OW) and Additional Wage (AW) classification? ๐ค
Here's how:
Monthly Payment/Deduction tab - Commission (Daily/Weekly/Monthly): monthly commission. Classified as Ordinary Wage (OW)
Ad Hoc Payments/Deduction tab - Commission (Irregular): classified as Additional Wage (AW)
Monthly Payment/Deduction tab - Commission (AW): monthly commission for previous month's sales / services rendered. Classified as Additional Wage (AW)
