What is a MPF File?
A MPF File contains the encoded MPF contribution details for each employee with MPF contributions in a payroll month.
The MPF files that we provide in Talenox is formatted according to the specific MPF Trustee that a company choses to use. Different Trustees have different MPF file format requirements.

Which Trustees do we support?
Here is a list of the MPF Trustee and their formats that we support in Hong Kong currently:
Manulife Direct (.xslx, .con)
HSBC (.xslx)
AIA (.txt)
BCT (.csv)
Sun Life (.xlsx)
Fidelity (.xlsx)
Principal Trust (.xlsx)
Bank of East Asia (.xlsx)
BOCI - Prudential (.xlsx)
AXA (.xlsx)
These files can be directly uploaded to the relevant MPF Trustee portals for payment.
NOTE: Once a Trustee other than the ones stated above (e.g. Manulife, AIA & HSBC) is chosen, we will generate the Manulife MPF File format by default.
