Which Fields Affect How Monthly Billings Are Calculated?

What determines your monthly billing charges in Talenox?

There are a few points to note when the system calculates your monthly billing charges in your Talenox account:

1) Active Headcount

Talenox bills based on active headcount - this is determined by an employees current status in the system.

  • An employee that has an "Active" status will be billed in the next billing cycle

  • An employee that has a "Resigned" status will not be billed in the next billing cycle

2) Employee status

An employees status is determined by their Resign Date in the employee's profile in the Profiles app.

You can head to Profiles > Manage my database > Employee Listing > Employment Details > Resign Date to manage this.

  • If an employee's profile has a past Resign Date keyed into the field by the next Billing cycle, they will be considered as having a "Resigned" status and will not be billed.

  • If an employee's profile has no Resign Date keyed into the field by the next Billing cycle, they will be considered as "Active" employees and will be included in headcount for billing

Now, you'll be able to accurately determine how the system calculates employee headcount for Billing for month 😁
