How to Add Monthly Allowance?

Currently, there is no field for Monthly Allowances for an employee to be entered into their Employee Profile in Talenox.

If your employee is paid a recurring Monthly Allowance, you'll key this into the Payroll module straight instead.

For recurring monthly allowance, you can key it in under Monthly Payment/Deduction tab in Step 3 - Select Pay Items. It will be auto-saved for subsequent payroll months:
