Birthday notifications are enabled by default in Talenox. To assist HR or Admins to remember each employee's birthday, birthday notifications are sent out to HR's or Admin's email on a weekly basis (every Monday). 

In the event that you want to disable birthday notifications, you can do it as follow:

1) Heading to your Username

2) Click on Account & Preferences

3) To Disable, uncheck Birthday Reminder.

To re-enable birthday notifications, simply follow the above steps again. 😀
