Enabling or disabling the computer generated footer message on your payslips.

The following are some frequently asked questions that we often encounter:

  1. can the footer at payslip be removed?

  2. It is still showing 'This is a computer generated payslip by Talenox payroll solution; no signature is required."

  3. Is there a way to remove the Footer message in payslip?

To customize your footer message:

  1. Go to Account & Preferences > Organisation > Payroll > Payslip View > Payslip Settings

  2. Look for the "Customize Footer Message" option

  3. Select your preferred footer message option

Important notes:

  • The "Customize Footer Message" feature is only available on Payroll and SUITE plans

  • If you've already processed payroll and generated payslips before changing this setting, you'll need to re-process your payroll to generate new payslips with the updated footer message
