You can set specific working days as the default in your company’s Working Days Settings to ensure that all new employees automatically follow the same standard work schedule.
Head over to Profiles > Company Details
Go to the section Working Days Settings and click the selected working days.
Ensure that you have checked the (Company Default) here and click Save
