The following are some frequently asked questions that we often encounter:
How can I update the entitlement or settings for an existing leave type in Talenox?
Where do I go in Talenox to edit or rename a leave type that’s already set up?
Can I adjust a leave type’s rules (e.g. paid/unpaid, eligibility) after employees have started using it?
1) Head over to Leave > Leave Settings.
2) Click on the Leave Types tab if you are not there.
3) Locate the Leave Type you want to edit (eg. Annual leave)
You will see both preset (statutory/default) leave types and any custom leave types that have been created.
