How to Delete Pay Items under Pay Item Schedule?

Deleting the pay items in your schedule is very easy.

The following are some of the questions that we often encounter:

  1. Can scheduled pay items be deleted?

  2. I tried to delete the pay items under scheduled but it isn't allowing me to do so.

  3. Why can't I delete the pay items under Pay Item Schedule?

You can easily delete the schedule pay item from Payroll > Pay Item Schedule

Select any of your pay items and click the Delete button.

NOTE: You will not be able to delete this pay item if it is already being used in any payments that has been processed.
