1. How can I obtain the Record of Payment (ROP) for my CPF contributions?

2. What is the process to access past ROPs via CPF EZPay?

3. Are there any limitations on viewing historical ROPs in CPF EZPay?

Below, you’ll find responses to these frequently asked questions:

5. Download or View the ROP

• You’ll be prompted to open or save the PDF version of the ROP.

Important Considerations

  • Retention Period: You can view up to 24 months of past ROPs online via CPF EZPay. It’s advisable to download and keep copies of your ROPs for future reference, as retrieval of past ROPs beyond this period is not provided.

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter difficulties accessing your ROPs, please contact CPF Board for assistance.

  • First-Time Users: If your company is a UEN-registered entity using this service for the first time, you need to set up and assign the “CPF EZPay” e-Service to your authorized officers in the Corppass portal to allow access control at the CSN level.

By following these steps, you can efficiently access and manage your CPF contribution records through CPF EZPay. 😄
